Our clients are small business owners who believe that their existing 401K’s or Pension Plans will not adequately prepare them for retirement.  They may have as few as 10 or as many as 100 employees who work for them.  For whatever the reason they may not have a Qualified Plan in place and becomes a primary candidate for what we do.  Or they may have a Qualified Plan and have major concerns that Plan will not meet their retirement needs down the road.  We understand that people want to set monies aside to adequately prepare for their retirement years on a tax favorable basis.   Company owners understand that any Qualified Plan offers a tax deduction for the Company and any participating employee.  There is also a clear understanding with any Qualified Plan it’s a tax tradeoff when distributions at retirement are taxed as ordinary income in the bracket they are in that particular year.

We create customized Plans to get you on track for retirement and that you can legally shelter as much income as you can afford.  This is far better than most traditional investments.  What we do is gather facts very extensively that provides us meaningful information allowing us to design a Plan that’s tailored just for them.   We include a “Plan of Action” where in many cases creates a primary source of income at retirement on a net taxable basis.  Once it is determined what that individual wants, we give him a roadmap to show him how he can fund the necessary dollars he wants at retirement.   We give him security that during the early accumulation years he will have immediate access to his money.  Finally, we will help him design an exit strategy to be integrated with his Private Pension Plan, that will be a major tax savings when his business is sold..  The exit strategy works part and parcel with their retirement plan and illustrates strategically every step to take along the way on a tax favorable basis.
